What does “sook” mean?

Traditionally, a “souk” is a marketplace or bazaar that specializes in selling spices, textiles and other goods. Our Sook has retail, coffee and more!

Do you have WiFi?

Guest WiFi is available. Please ask a barista or bartender for the password to access.

Do you take full service dining?

We do not offer full service dining. Orders are placed counter-side and food will be brought to your table.

When are you open?

Our cafe is open from 7am to 3pm every day of the week except certain holidays. The wine bar will be opening soon from 3pm - 10pm (11pm on weekends) Wednesday-Sunday.

Do you take reservations?

We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. We do not take any reservations for tables. Event reservations are coming soon!

What are the best public transportation options?

We are big advocates of public transportation!We recommend the Metro or any number of buses that go up and down 14th Street.

You’ll have the most parking success in the garage located on 14th Street and U Street in the Reeves Center Parking Garage (Sunday through Thursday: 6 pm-1 am; Friday through Saturday: 6 pm - 3 am). Additionally, there is metered parking on 14th Street and T St.
